Shipping Celestial Source ships two days per week: Tuesday and Thursday. Shipping time: 3:30pm PST. All orders received and paid before 3:00pm on Tuesday or Thursday will be shipped same-day. Ethnobotanicals and Seed: Orders equal to or greater than 1/2KG are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Usually, within the USA, Tuesday orders will arrive before the weekend and Thursday orders will arrive early the next week. Orders of less than 1/2KG are shipped USPS First Class mail by default, but can be shipped Priority mail for an additional fee. Live Plants: All live plants, excepting cactus (unless requested) are shipped USPS Priority Mail. This is to ensure safe/live arrival. Under special circumstance, orders can be shipped FedEx overnight. This option requires prior communication and approval from Celestial Source admin. Because FedEx requires greater fees, advance communication is necessary to ensure availability of Celestial Source's staff at the designated time to complete the shipment without delay. This is the reason FedEx is not offered as an automated option at check-out. If you would like FedEx to ship your parcel, email cs@celestialsource.com before sending payment. Returns Ethnobotanicals and Seed: No returns are accepted. There are several reasons for this. We know exactly what we are providing. The materials we receive are direct from the source and Celestial Source can be sure of the high standard of quality which is adhered to and passed on to our customers. Once the materials have left our hands, we no longer have any idea if they have been tampered with, contaminated, subjected to negative energies, etc. Therefore, we will not, for any reason, except returns on any products in these categories. Because we would not think of re-selling an item that has been shipped across the country and returned to us, accepting returns would represent a total loss. The product would have to be disposed of. ALL SALES ON BOTANICALS AND SEED ARE FINAL. Please be sure when you pay for your order, as we are sure that you will get exactly what you pay for. Hence, there is no need for returns on these items. Live Plants: As all (domestic orders only) plants provided by Celestial Source are guaranteed to arrive live and healthy, we will make sure that happens. If your new plant is somehow damaged during transit, and does not arrive alive and healthy, take a picture of it and contact us (host@celestialsource.com). Include the photo of the damaged plant in the email and we will ship you another copy if available. If we don't have another copy of the same plant in stock, you can choose to wait or receive a full refund. We are confident of our ability to ship plants anywhere within the USA without them being damaged. Therefore, we accept full responsibility for this and we want to make sure your purchase is a happy one. International Customers: Because customs delays can be varied and unpredictable, we cannot offer a replacement policy for damaged plants. Order at your own discretion. |
